Maybe the US could celebrate his death in similar fashion as the Brits celebrate Guy Fawkes night. Bonfires, and, instead of fireworks ... real live ammo, drive by shootings, disgruntled postal workers with AKs ... fun stuff
Come to think of it, that's kinda the daily norm in lots of US locations
So maybe there could be a lottery in which the winner gets to select a country suspected of harbouring terrorists, and the USAF bombs the bejeesus out of it ... and it's all captured on video. Good clean fun, American style.
