I just passed it on for goodnesses sake! Can't see why there's always such a big issue on these things.
It's obvious that if someone is badlly burned, they'll need real medical advice and hospital not water, flour or what else!
There have always been and always will be strange suggestions/cures etc...
we are all free to believe them are not, and I don't think I 'ordered' anyone to keep a bag of flour at hand, did I?
I don't think it's any worse than some of the crazy things we were told to do years ago, like spreading butter on burns!! or breathing over the tarmac machine to prevent colds!!
