So what if she took a vacation to Vegas in the middle of the campaign.

So what if she has never set foot in the riding she won.

So what if she can't speak French, even though she represents a riding which is 100% Francophone.

The voters did not want any of the alternatives; so, they voted NDP, not giving a flying-you-know-what about who the candidate was.

Democracy sometimes works in weird ways.
