Well, I have never noticed before.(but then the Britcliffe regime has been sitting for a long while)
A final, outgoing financial statement, may make for more transparency too.
That would be no bad thing as it lets the electors know what the starting point of the new 'management' is.
I'm sure I saw a letter in one of the local papers From Councillor M Howorth, telling us all what good financial state the outgoing council had left us with....so someone out there is telling fiblets.........and considering the fiasco of the market hall.......I know who my money is on.
