i cant see there's going to be a problem.Those that are used to handouts from their pal will soon adapt to the new flavor of arse they will have to kiss.Just hope the begging bowl is kicked out of their hands and any money that maybe avialable be spent in other areas that have been neglected for so long .
hey ho there's always the lottery their a bit gullible and will throw money at anything with the word charity attached to it
