There probably won't be HBC staff reading the forum on his behalf and I find it unlikely that he will be proclaiming his declarations under a weighty pseudonym as if via a third party. I wouldn't expect him to ask for threads to be deleted or posts to be removed on the grounds that they don't paint him in a flattering light, either.
There's always the libel courts but I personally wouldn't go down that route without a very good reason.

Just a point, the account TheLeadersOffice on here does that automatically transfer to the new leader and if saw has he changed the password
