Can we expect Cameron, Clegg and Osborne to dig into their back pockets for us when the proposed exorbitant increases in the costs of our utility bills render the bulk of us impoverished? Maybe we should join with other third world countries (that we ourselves are fast becoming) and hold out the begging bowl!
