[Old Saintonian]

Hi all, am visiting the area next week. Is there a nice pub with ribble valley location that serves reasonable grub where you don't have to book, any help would be appreciated. Northcote Manor is fully booked dispite my remonstrations with Mr. Haworth haha. However come on you gastronomes your help would be appreciated Clitheroe/ Whalley area, or any other suggestions would be thankfully receieved. Many thanks for your help in anticipation.
