Apparently, it is now illegal to put excess rubbish next to your wheely bin, but these photo's were taken just two weeks ago near the back of my house. (I apologise for the lack of clarity in one of the photo's, old age has given me a shaking hand)
The refuse collecters refused (well I see the pun even if no one else notices) to take the desk but the over-full wheelie bin contents were accepted......and in the other photo where the rubbish over-spilled into the lane, they HAD to pick it up as they couldn't otherwise have got their motor down!!
Must be someone important living down my road
