In the 1951 Barrett's Directory, there are 9 Briggs:- Frank 8 Lime rd: Fred 116 Avenue Parade; herman 8 Marsden St; John 6 West Crescent; Joh 32 Plant5ation St; John 33 Lime Rd; Claire Infant St; Robert Milnshaw Lane & Heywood rd; I don't think any of these are the Tommy IO was at St John's with late 1940s.
