Tom Jones had a nose job early in his career.
He had a ginormous conk before that, but it looked better than the twee little thing he ended up with.
When this thread opened I did some googling and found that Barry M has had cosmetic facial surgery several times, but never on his nose - his trademark
- any change to that would be too noticeable.
