Did the Conservatives lie, before the election.

As post election, they don't exactly seem to be 'Tough on crime. Tough on the causes of crime'.

Hardly seems to be encouraging respect for our upholders of the law, when you can now call a policeman every name under the sun, without fear of even the slightest tap on the wrist.
