Don't know how you have the arrogance to say this. I am sure the staff already are aware of the problems of not enough money to clear up all the litter strewn areas of our borough. They do live on the premises, so to speak.
Still, yes, perhaps some amateur in this field can come up with the perfect solution. Not meant nastily, by the way..
Seems we have digressed into Parks .. different department is it not ?
Thought was about litter generally on our streets.
Just to say though, re. Prospects/HBC/Children of Clayton, The Woodlands in Clayton is now looking absolutely fantastic ... well done all concerned there.
