I can accept it may well have been a "Throw Away Remark" but what i find hard to accept is, the fact this guy thought he was competent enough to represent Hyndburn as M.P. when remarks such as that clearly demonstrate he aint the "Brightest Lamp on the Street" thankfully head office seemed to have that fact sussed.
