In that case she will be in contempt of parliament, so if they really want they can have her locked up there and then. My guess is that she has been arrested on suspicion of conspiring to undertake illegal activity (phone hacking or whatever under the relevant law) and as such she will be freed pending further enquiries. That means that however much she tries to wriggle out, the sub-judice rules do not apply.
Anyway, the next on the hit-list is Stevenson. Will he still be in post by tuesday? Or will it take till next weekend?
