The pictures of him kissing Rebekah Brooks on both cheeks at some dodgy looking party or other must now be giving him nightmares, because he was so blatantly manipulated, as were his predecessors Blair and Brown.
He just happened to be holding the parcel when the music stopped. We shouldn't necessarily blame him, as long as he continues to admit that the relationships had got too close and must be swept away.

but the thing is he kept having andy coulson and co visiting at chequers when the scandal broke cameron must be waying up his options or hoping it will all blow over
