Debateable if walkings worse now neil, i suspect its been bad since i returned from spain, cos when i did, know fer fact Blackburn Rd was. agree about the reporting, said the same in post2.can't say about other areas,but theres been a few reports in the local rags since my return about dodgy cabbies in hyndburn.
most are ok,grand lads but it does seem to have had more n its share to me.
