Very contradictory. Rather thananswer the questions you blame everybody else too.

You critiscise people for being negative but you are hoping to start a website for 'Companies That Let Us Down'. What about being positive and have one for 'Companies We Praise' ?

Why not then talk to the companies who have let you down and solve it that way. As a business we don't always get it right, but we would rather have customers tell us that so we can sort it out
