The aspiration of building a new stadium in the future was discussed. The club had discussed with the Council about the Hyndburn Sports Centre Site in Church. It may cost between 6 and 7 million pounds of which Ilyas would provide £2 million. Peter Shaw (director) confirmed the Sports Centre as a potential site that could include a possible hotel, conference facility, restaurant and other sporting facilities. Again, this is an aspiration for maybe 2014/15.

It's a prime site for one of the stayover hotel chains, Travelodge, Holiday Inn Express type chains. Add to that the ability to have conference and gym facilities on the same complex and the hotel chains will jump at, building a football stadium as part of the cost would be a small part of the budget to them
