From when I was a nipper on visits to Accy, Speedway Garage (now a tyre depot) on Ellerbeck Rd, where I used get in the way of Albert Brown and his dad.

I also used to "help" the stoker in the laundry behind Whalley Rd.

Upstairs in The Mechanics Institute helping Grandad play billiards. This was the library last time I visited Accy, but I recognised the stairs.
