Without wishing to be too contrary, the Accy Pals exhibition isn't art.

Nor was the Accrington Stanley one.

Both crowd pullers.

Perhaps the museum could be an annual exhibition, which could then change it's theme, industry, transport, social/civic history etc., and could be stored somewhere off site?
