The fact the last administration let this go on fer so long n then as yeh say started sorting things out, they still had done sod all about things rentalwise?

what does that tell yeh?

agree it must be addressed, but not in the way mentioned, or who will be seen as the bad guys? dont take mastermind to figure that out.
