The Wifey's already made a few jars of Blackberry jam middle of this week & is after heading out to collect more this week-end. I have noticed a vast abundance of fruits & berries this year over here as I travel around, so we'll no doubt be having all kinds of concoctions over the coming months.

Sorry this doesn't really help you Nevvy, as we are in Germany.
