By asking peoples coluor, sexuality etc on application forms this ensures that these issues are taken into account, therefore discriminating against people that dont fit the criteria....for example employers must employ so many ethnics, disabled etc so joe bloggs might not get the job simply because the employer must employ someone of different colour etc.....equal mi ass
