When did the train crash?
That was in Market St Church, train jumped track & crashed down onto Market St, not sure of date, early 1900's.

Page 3, 2nd row 1st left. August 2nd 1915 when the Pals marched from Blackburn into Accrington to take the salute from the mayor, you can see the Pals lined up across the end of Little Blackburn Rd & into Peel St.
Who are those little urchins with the policeman?

I've got quite a few of those photo's in my collection, I think the project is being done by Lancashire Libraries, & those shown have come from Accrington Library.
The water fountain is very much like the one in Oak Hill Park.
