Butch Cassidy's father was Robert, Maximillian was his brother, for a time they lived at Waterloo, up Whalley Rd, Accrington, before emigrating to U.S.A.

I did some research on this family for a friend, about 5 years ago.
was a distant cousin of Charles Dickens and according to some was the model for Oliver Twist. It's pretty far fetched, I know because Dickens wrote Twist in the 1830's (OCS in the early 1840's) and it is unlikely that he met Parker until his visit to Preston (where Parker then lived, prior to emigrating to the USA) in the mid 1850's.

Still, you never know - maybe Oliver Twist was really an Accy lad.

If so, who was Fagin? Probably an ancestor of Jaysay.
