As I've sasid before - Atrarah, you're a starah. I have never seen this picture before. I love it - Both gas and electric street lights-electric tram standards - 2 'taxis 'outside the
Commercial- a small float carrying what might be lamp oil-Two dining rooms within touching distance of the Commercial-no motors. This is Accrington a full century ago. I want to read the wording on the cart and on the buildings in Peel St. What did Holroyd's do? Might the figure stood at Bridge's corner be a policeman wearing a bush hat, as Accrington Borough Police did, rather than a helmet?
