[Lost in Cornwall]

I know my mother's women's group used to go on trips to "The mother and baby home" at Wilpshire. I don't know exactly where it was though. I believe it was a home for young women who had children "out of wedlock" and I presume most of the children were then adopted. I would think it ceased to exist years ago.
