When we have world government,
(the New World Order being spouted by some misguided leaders),
it is expected there will be three main cities -
London - financial capital
Rome - religious capital
Denver - military capital
...but pigs will fly won't they
PS you may wonder where the political capital is - unneccessary, when you have totalitarianism, and military are needed for population control*, not war.
