That is lack of experience and the feeling
most youngsters seem to have, that they are immortal and indestructible.
Which is why I said in an earlier post it is not fair to assume that all drivers above a certain age are incompetent purely on an age basis.
I have had my driving licence since 1980.........surely experience has to count for something.
