I would ban the owners who let the dogs foul and not clean up after, owners choose what to do and where to go, do we chastise people we see letting their dog foul or just tut and walk away, or watch from afar and do nothing.
you have got me ranting again, i must go to a darkened room and have a cup of complan.
ps. I have a dog, and I clean up if I am watched or not.

Excellent post and I agree there is nothing wrong with responsibly walking a dog in a cemetery . The word here is responsibility which is lacking from some dog owners.
