3 2 2 3 is a personal favorite of mine, but it depends on the opposition, last 20 minutes 1-0 down i would play 3 2 2 3 if we were winning, the same formation i started with against a better side i would play a defensive 4 4 2 if we had wingers against a poor side i would play a wing 4 4 2 formation, against a rubbish side like leigh i would have played the aeroplane
