Don't know about the tanning but there are now 3 new 'nail' places which have all opened at the same time.
Nail salon on Peel St
Hairdressers & Nails at the former florists on Warner St
Bottom shop on Warner St, formerly the security company is now Nail & Beauty salon.
I would imagine at least one of them will be doing opening offers
