The items I disagree with are
Murphy - Had a decent game, drew great confidence from his goal last week, but still think hes a holding midfielder in the making (beware proccy)
Hessey - Although vocal,I thought he had his"puma crowd finder boots" on,as his first ten passes, nine were either picked off or ended in the crowd. He got bullied for the second goal, conceeded what i thought was a penalty(dragged there man down) and was reluctant to push up,despite the coaches screaming at him.
I am a fan of his,but in the first half,he looked tired( the heat i presume),but came into it in the second half.
McIntyre - lets not forget hes a midfielder filling in,thought he did ok
Proccy-looked lost in the first half, and the game bypassed him.He seemed to come alive when we eventually when 4-4-2,and his work-rate was more rewarded.
Other than that Shaker,I agree with your comments
With Murphy I have to go off what I've seen in games. I've heard that he had a great game in midfield at Oxford but I wasn't there. From what I have seen he's looked more comfortable at full back than in midfield. Of course, this may well change as the season goes on. As far as Hessey is concerned, perhaps it's me wearing the old red tinteds but for me he carried the team. I think he was best of a bad bunch in the first half and exemplary in the second. And sorry mate but I don't think it's a good enough excuse to say that McIntyre is a midfielder filling in at full back. He's been playing regularly at full back this season and besides, a player with his experience should know when to go forward and when to stay back. It's basic stuff. Yet far too often we're left exposed in that area. As said above I'd much prefer to see Murph at right back and Deano on the left when fit. I think we're more or less in agreement on Procter's game really.

I'd agree. However after Murdoch's performance on Saturday, perhaps Bavs has more of an opportunity to stake a claim for a first team game if he plays well on Tuesday. It's good to have this competition for places.
