Do you not have a special lamp for the SAD? My friend Lisa suffers from it too and uses one every day. It reproduces the same range of light as sunlight.  |
I have a SAD lamp.
I haven't used it for the last few winters.
I don't think it made any difference to my mood.
I rarely feel sad nowadays, so don't use it.
