It's not ideal and no one is pretending that it is but I haven't heard one solution put forward on this forum.

Thats called passing the buck to me Ken,
everyones aware its the polices job, using cutbacks as n excuse "Not" to do there job is pathetic in my view, or are the council in too cosy a position wi em to apply pressure?
