Still a great cast of actors, fine locations, and well observed period detail, but the storyline, and the writing stank.
I didn't even care enough to watch to the end.
I switched over and watched TOWIE.

It did decline very rapidly in the 2nd series - it must have been really bad to switch over though- what a shame...
