Well Leon am glad it was a success, n broke records set in the past, which leads me to wonder 2 things, 1,Why then do yeh require a bigger budget? 2. Will council tax payers bear the cost if yeh get it? aint knocking yer efforts, but wondering if the "Market Hall" "Wilkinsons" plus other retailers were not open, the bogs were closed, who has actually benefitted
