Grey and greens with pale skin and greying hair sounds a bit "fade into the background" Margaret - I think you should go for strong blues, reds, purples and brighter greens. Accesorize with scarves and make the most of your distinguished grey locks! Black will look good too just not directly on you face, scarf again...
