Who is Chief Executive at Hyndburn?

I remember Chambers and the guy before him who went to become a vicar. And didn't they get shut of the guy before him because he was always drunk?

At least they kept appearing in the press as spokesmen for the Council.

Nowadays, I don't know who is drawing the salary - they certainly aren't doing anything publically to earn it. Britcliffe does all the talking for the Council, which is a major weakness. Letting the politicians run the Council is like letting the lunatics run the asylum.

So go on, HBC. Let us into the secret as to who you are paying £80K to screw things up.
