Good in broth too Sue.
When I make pea and ham soup I usually get some ham corner....and if we are really on our uppers, I have been known to just use the ham bone.

The things that used to be really cheap....bacon ribs, ham shanks, belly pork, pork ribs.....have somehow become trendy......and have rocketed in price.
I remember buying Lamb shanks at 99pence each.......now they are something like £3 each.
