Sells on eBay are not allowed to sell alcohol for 'consumption' but can get around this clause by selling it as a collectable.
The limited edition, Speyside Single Malt Whisky comes from an unnamed Scottish distillery.
Aldi will also be selling 3,000 bottles of a 24-year-old single malt whisky in its stores for £29.99 from November 24.

I think the collectable clause is a load of rubbish and I would wee laughing if ebay pulled all the items for sale. I hate it when people buy these offers then just sell them on ebay. People who actually wanted this to drink loose out to these people who only want to take advantage.
