Our collection is much more basic, couldn't afford anything too ancient and don't really appreciate the finer points - need more education! Not keen on those that have been kept in sherry casks etc... If you have a Bunnahabhain you are obviously an Islay man. My favourite is Talisker, closely followed by the Islays, Ardbeg, Caol Isla, etc. My partner likes Lagavulin but prefers the everyday one - someone bought him the distillers edition and he didn't like it as much.
Then if we just want a nice dram without depleting our stocks we have some Black Bottle which is a nice blend of Islay malts.
