In reply to it - at the time of posting no boots were actually open (common sense would tell you that!) so I could not ring to ask!

Believe it or not civility and manners cost nothing.
Please don't ever get a job in customer services.

And Phil, many thanks for your reply also..the internet doesnt specify what offers are in which shop and the boots main site stated that item was out of stock online but was available in whatever boots had stock of said item.
