Well if it had been worded correctly then people wouldn't take the urine. The phone lines will be open on Wednesday 28th Dec. So if lancsboy hasn't been paid on 27th (when its due) he can ring to say he's got a missing payment. You cant ring before your date of payment to say its late! Any reason why you didn't ring Friday when the lines were open to see if you might get paid early, instead of posting on here Xmas eve?
