I can recommend Casemate screen protectors for the SGS2, mine has been in my pocket for a few months without a single scratch.

I know they are about £7 and the cheap ebay ones about £1 but they are really good. I dented it with something in my pocket and peeled the protector half off the screen, no damage. I then managed to stick it back down with no bubbles at all.

If it had been scratch free I might know someone who would have bought it, was talking about it last night.
