So in a way this thread is about expecting someone to do some work for us for nowt.
From lawyer, to plumber, there aren't many other professions where people will do this for you.
Rather than moan about those who won't, perhaps we should congratulate all those retailers who will try to help, and who'll get nothing back financially for their efforts.
