Opposite way round Sue -Germano is his name, Betti the surname.
They make loads of delicious things all by hand - cakes, chocs, gelée fruits, marzipan, almond paste sweets and biscuits, proper Panettone (not the indusrial rubbishy ones)and lots more...just as well I don't have a sweet tooth!
