I think i would be paying those chaps a visit on a one to one basis and showing them the error of their ways.Someone has to chastise these wayward little scamps, seeing as the courts seem to either refuse/ or are unable too..Laughing outside court they should be birched or jailed for contempt, it really makes my blood boil that scum like these people seem to get away with murder (nearly literally) it is endemic of our society at the moment with crimes and bad behaviour having no consequences
