Its just something daft really Steven. On another board that I am a member of, we have bloke with the custom user title "Sex Machine" under his user name.
An example would be yourself "Steven" as your user name and "Doesn't understand what custom user titles are" as your custom user title. (jk)
There are no massive advantages or disadvantages as to having one or not, its just a bit of fun.
